Tell me about your shipping.

We ship within Australia for a flat rate of $10.50 per package.

Wholesalers pay for shipping and we will quote individually based on the amount of yarn purchased and how much the shipping costs us.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We use zero plastic to ship our products. Our yarn is wrapped in brown paper (so it’s like opening a present when it arrives!) and we used paper packaging tape. Packages are then placed in a compostable and reusable satchel ready for the mail. From time to time we will reuse packaging that has come to us through our business, in which case it might be plastic, but we do not purchase any plastic products for our packaging.

Please check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any info about delays in shipping. Usually all items will be shipped within a couple of days of ordering but occasionally I am away and then I will put up an announcement to let you know.

Do you dye custom orders?

If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me and we can discuss your needs. I take these on a case by case basis depending on my current availability and your exact specifications.

Do you sell your yarn wholesale to shops?

Yes I do. If you own a yarn shop and are interested in a wholesale order, please contact me. I love shipping bulk yarn to shops so would be happy to chat further about this.

Are your yarns from non-mulesed, Australian sheep?

Yes. Yes yes yes. And yes.

Please contact me if you have any issues. I try my best to get things right, but I am only human and sometimes I make mistakes. I am running this whole show on my own as well as raising two young kids so sometimes things get crazy. Please treat me with respect and I will definitely do the same. I am a very ‘common-sense’ type person and will try my absolute hardest to resolve issues and troubleshoot with you. :)
